Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These terms govern your use of Periance. By creating an account or connecting a system, you agree to them.
The service
Periance reconciles data from the systems you connect into an operational model, surfaces findings, and — only with your explicit approval — can execute specific actions. You are responsible for having the authority to connect the systems and approve the actions you initiate.
Your data & authorization
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Periance the permission to read from connected providers using the least-privilege scopes they request, solely to provide the service. Write actions require a separate, explicit authorization each time and are recorded. You may disconnect any provider or delete your organization at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Periance to violate the terms of the systems you connect, to access data you aren’t authorized to, or to attempt to breach tenant isolation. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability & warranty
Periance is provided on an “as is” basis during this early period. We work to keep it accurate and available and to surface failures rather than hide them, but we make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Findings and recommendations are decision support, not a substitute for your own judgment.
Liability & changes
To the extent permitted by law, Periance is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
